HOW TO: Send a Message in Text Hub
- Navigate to your ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu icon
in the top left corner
- On the left hand side, Text Hub will be selected by default
- From the Text Hub, click ‘New‘ to the right of the Text Search bar
- Search for the bridal contact by name that you’d like to send a text message to
- Note: the phone number on file needs to be a mobile number that is able to receive text messages.
- Click, the bridal contact name
- Click, ‘Text Customer‘ button
- The bridal contact conversation will then be listed at the top of your text conversations below any prioritized bride conversations
- All messages are dated and time stamped.
- Sending a text message can be as simple as typing in your message and clicking the paper airplane icon.
- To send emojis, click the smiley face to the right of the text message text field.
- To send an image or video, click the camera icon and choose a file from your computer or device
- To send a templated text message you’ve already created, click the text bubble icon and choose from drop down by either scrolling or searching for its name.
- Note: Only templates that do not have a trigger set up will show up for you to use in your two way text conversation.
