HOW TO: Make a Bridal Customer’s Conversation Priority
- Navigate to your ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu icon
in the top left corner
- On the left hand side, Text Hub will be selected by default

- Click the name of the bridal customer you’d like to prioritize
- Next, click the three action dots at the top right corner in the conversation thread
- Select, Prioritize

- Within the middle contact section, a prioritized bridal customer’s conversation will always be listed at the top, above all of the most recent conversations.
