HOW TO: Make a Bridal Customer’s Conversation Priority

  • Navigate to your ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
  • On the left hand side, Text Hub will be selected by default
  • Click the name of the bridal customer you’d like to prioritize
  • Next, click the three action dots at the top right corner in the conversation thread
  • Select, Prioritize
  • Within the middle contact section, a prioritized bridal customer’s conversation will always be listed at the top, above all of the most recent conversations.
