This feature gives brides the control to book what works for them while you sit back and watch those appointments come in—no need to stress about double bookings. The Poppy scheduler only shows what times are available on your schedule while still giving brides the option to request an appointment day/time if you’ve blocked it off.

If you want or need to schedule appointments manually, no worries—we’ve got you. The Poppy appointment calendar has an embedded scheduling assistant to prevent double bookings. This keeps you and your staff on the same page with which suites and which stylists are available. You’ll be alerted if the staff member you’re attempting to assign to the appointment is already busy—same goes for suites. Did I mention the calendar is color-coded?

Inventory Management

Instead of sifting through notes from the weekend, go into the Notification Center to catch up on what you missed. You can filter by a date range or type and scroll through all notifications. Use this as your preliminary overview then dig deeper—don’t waste time on figuring out what happened and when, it’s already there for you!
