Store Profile
When starting with Poppy, your first stop will be Store Management via the Menu Navigation.
Follow the steps below to set up your Poppy Store Settings.

Store Users & Roles
Next, you’ll want to create the profiles for your staff. By creating a user for each staff member, you’ll be giving them access to your Poppy Store.

Now, Let’s start setting up your Calendar, Appointment Types and Fitting Rooms.

Point-of-Sale Settings
Next, you will set up everything Point-of-Sale related. Do this step before adding any inventory as you will need to have your sales tax amounts added before assigning them to your inventory items.

If you need to audit or make changes to your inventory items or counts after you’ve added items, go to the In Stock Inventory tab.
Online Booking & Customer Interview Form
In order to take appointments online or send customer interview forms, follow the steps below.

Note: If you are using a different website builder, so you may need to search your website provider support articles on how to add an iframe to your website. If you have any issues, please reach out to our support, they should be able to help add this to your site

Your final step of setting up your new store is to configure your Messaging methods (text & email).
