HOW TO: Add a Work Schedule

Navigate to the Users & Roles section in Store Management.

  • From the user list, click Edit to the far right of the users name.
  • Click the Work Schedule tab.
  • Click +Add to Schedule

  • Choose Shift from the types of schedule

  • Next, enter the date of the shift and the time from and to.
    • If this is a recurring shift, toggle recurring to ‘active
      • Note: You have to enter in the date and time before toggling on recurring.
  • Click, Save
