HOW TO: Set Up an Auto Flow for Payment Plans Created

This video shows you how to create an auto flow within Poppy to notify customers after they have agreed to a payment plan for their sales order. You can utilize both templated messages (email or text) or custom text messages during setup.

Note: All customers with payment plans created after this flow is set up will receive the autoflow notification, no customers will retroactively be notified.
