UPDATE: Changes to Customizations

Vendor Customizations

Existing Vendors

Vendors you had customizations for before 10.26.23 will still be available to ‘view‘ within Inventory Management. They will no longer be able to edit these customizations nor will they be pulled into the Point-of-Sale to see when you are going through the sale process.

New Vendors

When adding new Vendors to your store you will no longer see the Vendor Customizations. Customizations will need to be added at the time of sale in the Customization and Notes section within Point-of-Sale.

Store Items & Inventory

Existing Store Items & Inventory:

Within your Store Items & Store Inventory any item customizations existing before 10.26.23 can still be seen within those items as ‘view only’. You will not be able to select these customizations at the time of sale, but instead need to type your customizations into the Customizations & Notes section within the Point-of-sale.

Note when selling an item out of stock that has a customization on it, that item will still pull into your ticket with the customization and customization pricing on it to sell to your customer.

New Items & Inventory:

When adding new items to your store or inventory you will no longer see the Vendor Customizations and Additional Customizations tabs. All customizations will need to be typed in at the time of sale within the Customization and Notes section within the Point-of-Sale.

Past Sales

All past sales tickets will still reflect the customizations as they were at the time of sale. No change has been made here.
