HOW TO: View Inventory Items
Items displayed in your showroom were added to your inventory within store management settings
There are two ways to view your inventory within Showroom, catalog view & list view
Catalog View:
See your inventory as a gallery of images, showcasing sizes, colors and quantity at a glance.
Navigate to your ‘Showroom’ from the Main Menu icon 
in the top left corner
- Within the left navigation on the Showroom page, click ‘Catalog View‘
- To narrow your inventory search, use the search bar or filters across the top of the page,
- Note: you must click ‘Apply‘ after each filter is selected
- Click the image tile of the item to see more images — to zoom in on images, click ‘Click to see gallery’ button just below the primary image
Catalog view will show you images, size, color and quantity at a glance.
List View:
See your inventory in a list view showcasing sizes, color, departments, vendor, customizations*, price and quantity.
Navigate to your ‘Showroom’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
- Within the left navigation on the Showroom page, click ‘Catalog View‘
- To narrow your inventory search, use the search bar or filters across the top of the page,
- Note: you must click ‘Apply‘ after each filter is selected
List view will show you all the details about the inventory item, but no photo.
*customizations will display on items as ‘view only’ if they were added before 10.26.23, all items added after this date do not have customization options.
