HOW TO: View Deleted Appointments

Navigate to ‘Store Management‘ within the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen 

  • Select ‘Customers‘ on the left side of the page
  • Search to find the customer you want to look at a cancelled appointment for
  • Click the Action dots on the right side
  • Click, Edit
  • Click the ‘To-Dos‘ tab in the center of the page

Here all Appointments will be listed for the customer. You are able to sort by appointment type or date for each appointment, under ‘Appointment status‘ you will be able to see which have been deleted.
