HOW TO: Set Up Notification Lists

Notification Lists are for Poppy users to be notified of Appointment triggers that take place. Be sure to set up your auto flows for appointments and add your user list to the auto flow.

Navigate to Store Management from the Main menu icon in the top left corner.

  • Choose the Messaging Setting from the left navigation.
  • Click the Notification List sub tab.
  • Click Add New List
  • In the fly-out, name your notification list.
  • Select Users from the drop down
  • Click +Add
  • Choose how you’d like your users notified, email, text or Push notification from the Poppy iOS app.
  • Next, add any additional email addresses or phone numbers that need to receive a notification.
    • These fields are used to send messages to people who are not users in your Poppy Store, i.e. a general store inbox or store phone.
  • Click Save & Continue

Note: if you do not have text settings set up in Poppy, only the email notification options will show in the Notification List.
