HOW TO: Send Customer Interview Links & View Responses

To find the Customer Interview link to send to your bridal customer and view their responses, follow the steps below.

How To: Send Customer Interview Link

• Navigate to ‘Customers’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
• Choose the customer you’d like to send a bridal interview to, click on the action dots to the right hand side and choose ‘Edit‘
• Next, select the ‘Customer Survey‘ tab

• Click, ‘Copy Link‘ button
• Once copied you can send this link via text or email (Learn HOW TO: Add Customer Interviews to Templated Emails).

How To: View Customer Interview Results

• Navigate to ‘Customers’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
• Choose the customer you’d like to send a bridal interview to, click on the action dots to the right hand side and choose ‘Edit‘
• Next, select the ‘Customer Survey‘ tab

• All responses should show for both Online Booking Questions and Customer Interviews.
  • Note: If a bride updates her answers after the interview is initially completed, the answers in this section will automatically update when resubmitted.
