HOW TO: Review Messaging Logs

In Poppy, you can use the Log tab within the Messaging Center to review the delivery status of outgoing messages to your customers!

  1. Navigate to the ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. On the left side of the screen, you will see the option to choose between the ‘Email Message Settings’ and ‘Text Message Settings’
  3. Once you have chosen to review either ‘Email Message Settings’ or ‘Text Message Settings’, click on the Log tab to begin reviewing scheduled outgoing messages.
  4. Under “Search by:”, you can refine your search by using the following filters:
  • Search by: Email
  • Search by: Status
    • The ‘sent’ status indicates that the notification was successfully sent to the customer.
    • The ‘pending’ status indicates that the delivery of the notification is in progress but has not successfully been sent to the customer. Please note: The pending status is also the default status for reminder notifications that are scheduled to be sent at a future date.
    • The ‘canceled’ status indicates that the notification has been canceled by the merchant and as a result will not be sent to the customer.
    • The “failed” indicates that the delivery of the notification was unsuccessful. 
  • Search by: Timeframe
  • Search by: Template Name

Resending Notifications: 

Within the Logs tab, you can resend notifications with a failed or canceled status. Resend notifications by clicking on ‘actions’ beside the canceled or failed notification. From there, select ‘Resend Text’:
