HOW TO: Edit Appointment Confirmation Settings

Poppy automatically sets ‘auto-confirm’ toggled on within your appointment settings. If you’d want to manually confirm your appointments that are booked within Poppy using the Scheduling Assistant or online please make sure to follow the directions below.

Toggling OFF Auto Confirmation for Appointments

  • Navigate to ‘Store Management’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Next, Select ‘Calendar‘ from the left navigation.
  • Within the Calendar Setting tab, you will see a section called ‘Timeframe‘ here you can toggle on or off your appointment confirmation settings.
  • Next, Click ‘Publish’ to make sure any changes you make will be immediately LIVE for your team and bridal customers.
