HOW TO: Delete Items from Item Setup

*Please note that items associated with a Point of Sale Transaction, Purchase Order or Store Inventory and cannot be deleted.

Navigate to your ‘Store Management’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner

  1. Select the ‘Inventory Management’ tab from the left hand Store Management navigation
  2. Select the ‘Item Setup’ tab and search for the item to be deleted
  3. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the item to be deleted
  4. Select ‘Delete Item‘ from the list of options

The item should delete as long as there are no transactions, Purchase orders, or store inventory associated with that item. If there are, you will see the following pop-up message appear:
