HOW TO: Create a New Customers

  • Navigate to ‘Customers’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Click ‘+ New Customer
  • Within the ‘Personal Information‘ tab , fill in the contact fields to create the customer profile:
  • Required Fields
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Mobile Phone Number
  • Optional Fields:
    • What is the customer wearing?
    • Event Date
    • Email Address
    • Assigned Associate
    • Customer Category
    • How did you hear about us?
    • Home Phone Number
    • Upload a Customer Image
    • Customer’s physical address
  • Click Save & Continue
  • Next, you will automatically be taken to the ‘Event Details & Members‘ tab to select the bridal customer’s budget.
  • Click, Save at the bottom of the page
  • Within the customer profile you have the option to add customer notes and measurements whenever you’d like by clicking on the respectively named tabs.
    • Note Measurements will update to the appropriate record type depending on what the customer was shopping for, a dress or a suit
  • Other important tabs such as, To-Dos, Purchase + Pick Ups, Payments & Saved Cards, Appointment Fees, Curated Styles, & Customer Survey are also housed within the customer profile for you and your staff to edit & view.
