HOW TO: Configure Text-to-Pay Settings

  • Navigate to the Store Management section within the upper left Main Menu
  • Choose Point-of-Sale Settings from the left navigation
  • Click the Text-to-Pay tab
  • Next, select if you want to write a custom Text-to-Pay Message or use Poppy’s default message.
    • If selecting Custom Message, type the message you’d like your customers to see when they receive a text to pay message.
      • Don’t forget to include the {{payment_link}} smart field to ensure they get their unique payment link.
  • Click, Save
