HOW TO: Configure Text Message Settings

Navigate to the ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu in the top left corner.

• Stay on the Text Settings tab (it defaults here).
• Select the radio button for which text settings option you’d like to use.
  • Neither
    • Click, Save
  • Use Poppy Default Text Settings
    • Click, Save

Note: Using a Poppy Default text number will only allow you to use it for text-to-pay. NOT two-way texting.

You will need to reach out to the Poppy support team to get this set up.

• Use Twilio Text Settings
  • Enter in your Twilio credentials
    • SID
    • AUTH Token
    • Phone Number
  • Click, Save
