HOW TO: Change an Appointment Status

There are two ways you can change the status of a booked appointment, from the customer’s profile or from the appointment on the calendar.

From the Customer’s Profile

  • Navigate to ‘Customers’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
  • Find the customer that needs their appointment status needs updated, click the action dots action dots, then ‘Edit
  • Select the To-Do’s tab within the customer
  • Next, find the appointment that needs its status updated, click ‘Edit’ under the Action column
  • From the appointment, select the drop down and change the status of the appointment to what you’d like.
  • Note: if you do cancel the appointment you will be warned that this action cannot be undone, and you will need to recreate the appointment if they rebook.

Also, if the appointment is cancelled and there is a cancellation fee attached to the appointment, you will be prompted to with a pop-up asking you if you’d like to charge the cancellation fee.

From Calendar

  • Navigate to ‘Calendar’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner
  • Find the appointment that needs its status updated, click on the appointment, then ‘Edit
  • From here choose the the Appointment status drop down and select the new status.
