HOW TO: Add User Time Punches

Navigate to the Users & Roles section in Store Management. Here you will be able to view and add in staff time punches (useful for when an employee forgets to clock-in or out).

  • From the user list, click Edit to the far right of the users name.
  • Click the Time Punches tab.
  • Next, you’ll have the ability to add past, new or missed time punches for your staff.
    • You do not need to add time punches upon setup unless you want to migrate this data over to Poppy
  • Click +Add New Time Punch
  • Enter the Dates and Clock-in and Clock-out times
  • Click, Save
