HOW TO: Add Notes to a Cancelled or No Show Appointment

There are two ways to find your previously cancelled or no-show appointments to be able to add a note.

From the Calendar

Navigate to the ‘Calendar’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner.

  • Select the cancelled or no-show appointment from the calendar.
    • You will need to make sure the at the top of the calendar is toggled to green
  • Click on the appointment you’d like to add the note to
  • Click ‘Edit Appointment’
  • Scroll to the bottom of the fly-out and add a note
  • Click the green ‘Update‘ button

This note is added to the appointment and will also appear in the bridal customer’s profile within the To-Dos tab, under the ‘Appointments‘ section

From the Customer Profile

Navigate to the ‘Customers’ from the Main Menu icon in the top left corner.

  • Search for the customer you know has missed their appointment or cancelled.
  • Click on the action dots to the far right within the customer’s row
  • Click ‘Edit
  • Next, click the ‘To-Dos‘ tab
  • Under appointments, select ‘Edit’ under ‘Action’ on the far right of the cancelled/no-show’d appointment
  • Scroll to the bottom of the appointment and add a note
  • Click the green ‘Update‘ button
