HOW TO: Add Multiple Sales Orders to an Existing PO
All sales orders must be completed to be able to add them to an existing purchase order ticket.
It is important to add all bridesmaid’s sales orders to the same purchase order if they are all wearing the same color of dress. This will help to ensure all dresses are from the same dye lot.
- After sales orders are complete, navigate to each event member’s customer profile
- From the event holder’s profile: click the member’s name within the member list.
- From the Customer section within the main navigation
or
- Once in the member’s profile, go to the ‘Purchase + Pick ups‘ tab
- Find your sales order line item and click the action dots, next click ‘Add To Existing PO‘ in the drop down
- Next search for the PO you’d like to add this order to.
- After clicking the PO you’d like the order added to, Poppy will take you to your existing PO.
- From here review the PO and click ‘Save‘
