HOW TO: Add Minimum Notice for Cancellation Fees
Navigate to Store Management from the Main menu icon in the top left corner.
- Go to Calendar from the left navigation
- Then, click the Appointment Types tab in the middle of the screen
- Find the appointment type you’d like to add a minimum cancellation notice to, click Edit
- Scroll to the Cancellation Fee section, make sure it is toggled to green to be able to add a fee and minimum notice.
- Toggle on the day(s) of week you’d like to charge a fee for and add in the number of hours you’d like as your minimum notice timeframe.
- Scroll to the bottom of the fly-out and click, Save
