Emailed Payment Confirmations
When payments are made via text to pay or email to pay, the customer on the sales order will receive a payment confirmation with an updated sales order with the outstanding balance. These emails will be sent to the customer’s email address on their account. If you need to send them to a different email address you can always click the email icon at the bottom of a sales order.
