For a one-time fee, the Poppy support team will migrate the following data from your current software to Poppy for you:
  • Existing Vendors
  • Existing Store Items (not in inventory)
  • Existing Inventory
  • Existing Customers
  • Future Appointments
  • Calendar Settings/Fitting Rooms
  • Creation of user permissions/roles

Data Migration Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Except as otherwise set forth in this Data Migration Promotional Offer (“Promo”), all Terms set forth in the Poppy Point of Sale Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) shall remain in full force and effect. All Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Promo shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.  Promo is valid only during the National Bridal Market Chicago from the dates of September 15th – 17th 2024 and requires all conditions be met for the Promo to be valid. Additional exclusions may apply. 

Customer must meet the following conditions to be eligible for the Promo (“Eligibility Criteria”):

  • Poppy Order Form completed and signed by Customer no later than September 17th, 2024 at the National Bridal Market Chicago
  • Customer must have completed a physical inventory count on or after 12/31/2023.
  • Customer must provide to Gravity/Poppy access to the store data in a manner that is acceptable to Gravity within 10 days of the date of the application.
  • Customer is required to maintain an active account for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the first invoice. If Customer terminates its account prior to 6 months from the date of the first invoice, Customer will be charged a termination fee of $1,999.00.

The Promo will consist of the following services:

  • Data Migration Service – shall include copying Customer’s applicable data into the Poppy Point of Sale for $399 ($750 value) for this event only, and waived for the first ten (10) customers to complete a Poppy Order Form. Applicable data shall include only the following items:
    • Existing Vendors
    • Existing In-Stock Inventory
    • Existing Store Items
    • Current Customers (2024+ wedding dates)
    • Future Appointments
    • Calendar Settings/Fitting Rooms
    • Creation of Users
  • White Glove Service – shall include all items contained in the Data Migration Service plus the following, as applicable:
    • All notes and size charts from vendors
    • All notes and measurements from Current Customer profiles
    • 2024 YTD appointments
    • Appointment notes for all appointments scheduled after the date of signing.
    • Existing tax settings, existing point of sale terms and conditions, and general settings
    • 2024 YTD  sales transactions, including:
      • Related purchase orders related to YTD sales transactions
      • Receiving vouchers from related purchase orders
      • Customer pickup information from related receiving vouchers
    • Pricing. Custom for each store, reduced by 50% for this event only, waived for the first ten (10) Customers to complete a Poppy Order Form.

Customer shall pay Gravity all fees for Promo services at the time of signing. Customer agrees that the first month of Fees will be billed within 3 days of the completion of all Promo services.
