HOW TO: Unlink Group Members

• Navigate to Main Menu in the left hand corner of Poppy, click ‘Customers‘
• Search for the event holder’s profile, then click on the action dots to the far right of their name.

• From the event holder’s profile find the group member you’d like to unlink and click the action dots to the right of their name.
• Click ‘Unlink‘

• Before the member is removed from the group, you will be prompted to confirm you want to proceed.

• Click ‘Unlink‘ and the member will be removed.

If you make a mistake and need to re-add that same member to the event holder’s profile. Simply read them using the instructions from How To: Add/Link Group Members
