HOW TO: Add Brand Elements to Messages
Setting up your bridal store’s branding elements in Poppy’s Messaging Center allows you to easily create or edit existing templates and make them customized for your store’s look and feel.
- Navigate to the ‘Messaging Center’ from the Main Menu
in the top left corner.
- Click the ‘Branding Elements‘ tab in the center of the page.
Adding Brand Colors
- To add your brand’s color to the Brand Color Palette, click the gray square with a + sign next to each email element.
- Each square will allow you to paste or type your branding color’s HEX codes.
- Note: if the color does not show up after saving, double check that you’ve added the ‘#’ before the hex code.
- Click, Save
Adding Brand Images
You can add up to 12 images to your brand elements. These can be commonly used images you may want to include in you email templates, such as an image of your store front, images of sample dresses or maybe designer logos.
- Start by clicking the + sign in the gray square under Branding Image Gallery
- Next, upload the image from your computer OR drag and drop the image into the upload area
- Click, Upload New Image
Adding Logos
You can upload three versions of your logo to use across all your email templates.
- Start by clicking the + sign in the gray square under Logo Gallery
- Next, upload your logo from your computer OR drag and drop the image into the upload area
- Click, Upload New Image
When you’ve added or made any changes to your branding elements, click the green Save Settings button in the bottom right hand corner.
